We had such a great experience with J. Jacob’s Car Rental in Curaçao! The car we originally rented elsewhere ended up being unavailable, and with two young children traveling with us, we were stressed. I found J. Jacob’s recommended in a Curaçao travel Facebook group and sent them a WhatsApp message — they responded immediately and luckily had a car available for us the next day. They made everything incredibly easy. They delivered the car directly to our hotel, which was such a relief with kids. The process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. When it was time to leave, we dropped the car at their location and they kindly drove us to the airport. Reliable, responsive, and truly helpful — I highly recommend J. Jacob’s if you’re visiting Curaçao, especially if you’re traveling with family!

Friendly efficient car rental service!! However, NO insurance made available so any damage to the vehicle is charged to you including if someone else happens to swing their door open and hit the vehicle you have rented. That small ding will be charged to you! Very difficult to stop that from happening!! I guess the expectation is that you park well away from any other vehicles and hope that no loose gravel hits the car while you're driving...a bit disappointed at this unrealistic expectation!! Next time I will opt for a dealer with insurance so that I know what I'm paying for up front. 🫤
